Welcome one and all! I'm feeling better than I ever have! Whatever I felt bad about is gone! I should stop yelling!

Alright. So at some point Wednesday Night I just relaxed absolutely. I asked myself "Why am I worrying?"
*whistles through teeth* What a relief! I'm not going to worry about what I can't change, or much else for that matter. Who likes a whiner who is filled with self-pity and obsessive concern? So no more of that.
